Organizational Offering
Proposed Refuge Network Model
A Refuge Network is a branded or organization-specific trusted communication environment. The organization may define eligible participants, groups, internal response roles, training, escalation procedures, and implementation boundaries.
Business Impact
QUEXXEN can give organizations a structured communication layer for events that are urgent, uncertain, sensitive, or developing but may not initially require a formal emergency dispatch.
- Faster internal awareness
- Clearer coordination among designated people
- Fewer fragmented calls and text-message chains
- Defined trusted groups for locations, teams, congregations, campuses, or programs
- Documented escalation and communication procedures
- Stronger duty-of-care practices
- Improved incident preparation
- More consistent communication across shifts or departments
- A practical employee, member, resident, student, or client safety benefit
- A platform that may complement existing security and emergency procedures
The business case is not that QUEXXEN eliminates incidents. The value is helping organizations reduce communication delay, uncertainty, and disorganization when people need trusted awareness and coordinated action.
QUEXXEN Revenue Model
QUEXXEN is built on a simple principle: personal protection and trusted-network communication should not depend on a person's ability to maintain another monthly subscription.
| Access level | Price | Intended for |
|---|---|---|
| Individual access | $7 one-time payment | Lifetime access for every individual user. No monthly consumer subscription. |
| Organizational access | $99 per month | Eligible small businesses, churches, nonprofits, community groups, support organizations, and local programs. |
| Enterprise and institutional access | Custom pricing | Larger businesses, school systems, colleges and universities, healthcare organizations, residential operators, hospitality companies, municipalities, and employers. |
Individual access — $7 one-time
Every individual user receives lifetime access to QUEXXEN for a single $7 payment. There is no monthly consumer subscription and no tiered protection model. Individual users will not be required to pay more to receive a higher level of personal protection.
- Keep access affordable
- Eliminate recurring consumer subscription fatigue
- Support onboarding and platform operations
- Create immediate revenue as public adoption grows
- Give every individual user access under the same consumer model
QUEXXEN does not replace 911, emergency responders, law enforcement, medical professionals, or other formal emergency services.
Organizational access — $99 per month
Organizations may subscribe to QUEXXEN for $99 per month. This plan is intended for eligible small businesses, churches, nonprofit organizations, community groups, support organizations, local programs, and other organizations seeking to incorporate trusted-network communication into their operations. Organizational capabilities may include administrative access, organizational groups, onboarding assistance, deployment support, training materials, and continuing account support as those capabilities are developed and validated.
Enterprise and institutional access — custom pricing
Larger businesses, school systems, colleges and universities, healthcare organizations, residential operators, hospitality companies, municipalities, employers, and other institutions will receive customized pricing based on:
- Number of participating users and locations
- Implementation and onboarding requirements
- Administrative and reporting needs
- Training and technical-support requirements
- Integration requirements
- Security and compliance needs
- White-label or branded deployment requirements
Enterprise arrangements may include implementation fees, recurring licensing fees, technical-support agreements, and negotiated annual contracts.
White-label and strategic partnerships
Qualified organizations may negotiate white-label deployment, long-term technical support, commercial partnership, licensing, or acquisition arrangements. No white-label agreement, enterprise contract, partnership, or acquisition is currently guaranteed. These opportunities represent potential commercial expansion and are not treated as the sole source of loan repayment.
Current verified status
- QUEXXEN is currently free to the public
- Current users: 0
- Current revenue: $0
- No paying organization or enterprise customer currently exists
- The proposed $7 and $99 pricing will begin as part of commercial launch
- All projections based on this model are forward-looking estimates and not guarantees
Revenue strategy
QUEXXEN's individual model is based on accessibility and adoption rather than recurring charges for personal protection. Each individual will pay $7 once for lifetime access. Recurring revenue will be generated primarily through $99 monthly organizational subscriptions and customized enterprise or institutional agreements. White-label licensing, implementation services, technical-support partnerships, and other negotiated arrangements may provide additional revenue.
