Proposed Repayment Structure
Enhanced Repayment Commitment
Transparency is not only the company's name; it is the operating principle behind Tranzparency LLC's proposed banking relationship.
Banking Relationship
Tranzparency LLC already maintains its business-banking relationship with Truist. All revenue generated by QUEXXEN and Divine Timing Shop will be deposited into and documented through Tranzparency LLC's Truist business account.
Tranzparency proposes:
- The required minimum monthly loan payment
- A protected operating-account balance established with Truist
- Monthly financial reporting and account visibility through Truist
- An additional principal payment equal to 50% of available monthly business cash flow
- No owner distributions from borrowed funds
Available monthly business cash flow means collected revenue remaining after refunds, cost of goods, taxes, required payroll or contractor payments, and essential operating expenses. It is not 50% of gross revenue.
Accelerated Repayment
| Element | Proposed |
|---|---|
| Required monthly payment | Amount determined by the final approved loan terms. |
| Additional monthly principal | 50% of available Tranzparency business cash flow. |
| Payment source | QUEXXEN, Divine Timing Shop, protected reserves, and other support formally accepted by Truist. |
The 50% commitment is intended to accelerate principal reduction when business performance exceeds the required minimum payment.
Additional Owner-Supported Cash-Flow Capacity
Regina Moore also owns Matriarch LLC, an established pastry business with existing clients and business relationships. After leaving full-time employment, Regina is devoting additional time to production and previously constrained customer demand.
| Current planned production capacity | Estimate |
|---|---|
| Retail product value per production day | Approximately $700 |
| Production days weekly | Approximately five |
| Weekly retail production capacity | Approximately $3,500 |
| Annualized retail production capacity (50 production weeks) | Approximately $175,000 |
Matriarch LLC will remain a separate legal and accounting entity. Any support for Tranzparency's loan will be documented through a structure approved by Truist and appropriate legal and accounting professionals. Possible structures may include a guaranty, documented intercompany support, owner contribution, or another bank-approved arrangement.
Regina Moore Commitment
As Sole Member of Tranzparency LLC, Regina Moore is prepared to discuss the personal guaranty required by the lender and a guaranteed minimum monthly payment consistent with the final loan structure and verified household and business cash flow.
No guaranteed minimum dollar amount is published until affordability has been calculated and approved.
Closing Statement
This repayment proposal is designed to combine scheduled monthly payments, transparent banking activity, protected operating liquidity, accelerated principal reduction, and separately documented owner-supported cash flow.
