Regina Moore, Sole Member of Tranzparency LLC, will retain ownership authority, approve expenditures, supervise business priorities, and oversee the company's lender reporting and strategic relationships.
Anticipated Professional Roles
Specialized work will be performed by qualified outside professionals selected through documented proposals, interviews, reference checks, and scope comparisons.

Engagement Documentation
Before closing or major disbursement, Tranzparency intends to document each material engagement through a proposal or contract identifying the responsible professional, deliverables, timetable, milestones, fees, relevant experience, and acceptance requirements.
No outside professional should be represented as retained until a written engagement has been executed.
